Hi. Thanks for stopping by my campaign journal. I’ll be writing about events around the riding, and my work to reach out to New Democrats in Beaches East York.
On Sunday, November 8, you can meet me and my team at The Small World Café (1775B Danforth Avenue – just east of Coxwell Avenue). I’m hosting this coffee party from 3pm to 5pm, so that we can help renew your membership, and give you a chance to be heard in this nomination.
Everyone is welcome. There’s a playspace for children, coffee for the adults, pastries for all.
I have been involved in NDP politics literally all my life and I have been a candidate for office before. I know how important active volunteers are to any successful campaign. That’s why I want to meet you in person.
Good government starts with being heard. And I want to hear from you, because it’s an important first step towards winning back the riding for the NDP. Drop in on Sunday and we’ll talk over coffee and pastries.
